great varietyobstructed viewpoor cleaning
the food had a great variety for breakfast.. so much to choose from.
i was disappointed with our room. we booked a sea view room, yet trees largely obstructed the view. the cleaners barely entered our room, it was cleaned every other day only. i feel the holiday was let down by a fair few things.

the hotel kept rooms clean with facilities matching expectations. the instructors approach is professional and deeply knowledgeable. i found the fitness classes great. the guidance provided matched all fitness levels.
i noticed a cleaner's glove left on the stairs. it was there for a few hours. i think that staff should have removed it sooner.

The food was okay, though I found it repetitive after a few days. I also noticed some children touching the food with their fingers, not hygienic. The staff did not seem to monitor this. Our room faced the back of the hotel. Vehicles and people shouting in the service yard kept me awake at night (this was disappointing).

the room was not great it had two single beds instead of a double i thought that was annoying the balcony door didn't lock i felt unsafe. also the shower had low water pressure the bathroom wasn't up to par. the food wasn't labeled clearly it was hard to find vegetarian options i ended up eating salad most nights there was not enough choice.

the food was quite good with plenty of options. the staff were very nice and ready to help! three pools were available to choose from, quite good.
The evening atmosphere lacked energy. The shows ended at 11 p.m. and nothing else was offered. i wished some music was kept on, even at a lower volume. the hotel is a bit out of the way, though a bus to arrecife is available outside.
